Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board approve the Agreement to Purchase and Sell Real Estate between Indian River County and Lockwood Lane Acquisition Group, LLC for the right-of-way for the 17th Street SW/27th Avenue intersection and authorize the Chairman to execute any documents necessary to close the purchase of the property.
