Recommended Action

Authorize the Chairman to sign the three Resolutions as presented, delegating the authority to call Letters of Credit and delegating full signing authority during the periods commencing June 21, 2017, through and including July 10, 2017; July 19, 2017, through and including August 14, 2017; and August 16, 2017, through and including September 11, 2017, respectively.
