Resolution Cancelling Taxes on Property Acquired by the City of Sebastian for a Public Purpose
Recommended Action
Authorize the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute the Resolution to cancel certain taxes upon publicly owned lands, and the Clerk to send a certified copy of same to the Tax Collector and the Property Appraiser so that any delinquent or current taxes can be cancelled.
