Resolution Accepting Right-Of-Way and Cancelling Taxes on Property Dedicated by POP Florida Properties, LLC to Indian River County for 11th Street and U.S. Highway 1 Right-Of-Way
Recommended Action
Authorize the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute the Resolution to accept the right-of-way dedication and to cancel certain taxes upon publicly owned land, and the Clerk to send a certified cpy of same to the Tax Collector and the Property Appraiser so that any delinquent or current taxes can be cancelled.
