Resolution Accepting Right-Of-Way and Cancelling Taxes on Property Dedicated by 1066 US HWY 1, LLC to Indian River County for 11th Street Right-Of-Way
Recommended Action
Authorize the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute the Resolution to accept the right-of-way dedication and to cancel certain taxes upon publicly owned land, and the Clerk to send a certified copy of same to the Tax Collector and the Property Appraiser so that any delinquent or current taxes can be cancelled.
