BACKGROUND
In connection with the Fran B. Adams Regional Park Restroom Facility project, it was necessary to construct a new restroom and sewer connection (UCP #3563) within the boundary of the property. To support the issuance of the certificate of completion for the project, a Bill of Sale of Utility Facilities has been prepared for accounting purposes as well as for aiding in tracking the infrastructure and warranty period, and is presented herewith for consideration. The cost of recording the Bill of Sale of Utility Facilities is $27.
BUDGETARY IMPACT
Funds, in the amount of $27, are budgeted and available in the Utilities/Customer Service/Recording Fee account, number 47126536-034830.
STAFF RECOMMENDATION
Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval of the Bill of Sale of Utility Facilities and requests the Board authorize the Chairman to execute same for recordation in the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.
