Recommended Action

Staff recommends approval of purchasing 0.10 UMAM mitigation bank credits from the Basin 22 Mitigation Bank in the amount of $26,500.00 for offsetting the proposed wetland impacts to the project area as outlined in the Agreement and requests the Board authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement on their behalf
