Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Sector 4 Hurricanes Ian and Nicole Dune Restoration Project (Bid 2025004) be awarded to Dickerson Infrastructure, Inc., dba Dickerson Florida, Inc., in the amount of $6,676,566.80 and requests that the Board of County Commissioners approve the sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute said agreement after review and approval of the agreement by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency, and after receipt and approval of the required public construction bond and insurance.
