Recommended Action

Staff recommends the Board approve the withdrawal of A & Associates Bid and authorize staff to resolicit bids for day labor. Staff also recommends the Board authorize the Purchasing Division to increase the current Road and Bridge Division blanket Purchase Order for day labor services to PeopleReady up to $100,000 to facilitate work though the period of rebid and contract award.
