Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the Amended Exhibit 1 to the Agreement - Pricing for the Meeks-Indian River County contract. Upon satisfactory completion of the customer connections in West Wabasso Phase 3A and 3B sewer connections, staff is directed to make final payment and release any retainage to Meeks Plumbing, Inc., after review and approval by the Purchasing Manager and the County Attorney’s Office
