Recommended Action
Based on the extensive experience that consultants Dr. Saviak and Dr. Levey bring to the process, and to provide consistency, it is recommended that the requirement for bids be waived, and that the attached formal proposal to facilitate the design, implementation, and evaluation of Strategic Planning development, be accepted at the proposed rate of $45,000 plus normal expenses associated with travel as outlined in the document.
