Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners award Bid #2022041; give permission to the Budget Director to roll forward the $321,720 remaining in Fiscal Year (FY) 2021/2022 into FY 2022/2023; and, authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement after approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency, receipt and approval of the required insurance by the Risk Manager, and the contractor’s active registration with the Building Division
