SUBJECT: Hiers Properties, L.L.C.’s Request to Rezone Approximately ±18.08 Acres
from A-1, Agricultural District to RS-3, Single-Family Residential District
__________________________________________________________________

BACKGROUND

The subject properties, comprising approximately ±18.08 acres, are located on the south side of 8th Street, approximately 0.4 miles east of 58th Avenue.
