Resolution Cancelling Taxes on Property Purchased by Indian River County for Public Purpose (66th Avenue Right-Of-Way)

Recommended Action

Authorize the Chairman of the Board of County Commissioners to execute the Resolution to cancel certain taxes upon the property purchased by Indian River County for a public purpose, and the Clerk to send a certified copy of the Resolution to the Tax Collector and the Property Appraiser so that any delinquent or current taxes can be cancelled.
