Approval of Purchase for New EMS Report Writing Software
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board waive the requirement for bids for the purchase of new report writing software from ESO Solutions and authorize the Purchasing Division to issue purchase orders to ESO Solutions for the inital purchase, annual subscription, and maintenance and upgrade fees, as funds are approved by the Budget Department.
