Award of Bid 2019047 - Annual Bid for Lift Station Rehabilitation

Recommended Action

Staff recommends the Board award Bid 2019047 to Hinterland Group, Inc. Staff also recommends the Board approve the sample agreement and authorize the Chairman to execute it after the County Attorney has approved it as to form and legal sufficiency, and after receipt and approval of the required insurance and proof of Hinterland's registration with the Building Division.  Finally, Staff recommends the Board authorize the Purchasing Manager to execute the extension to the agreement, based on vendor acceptance, recommendation by the Utility Director that extension is in the best interest of the County, and approval of the extension document by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency.
