Authorization to Purchase Thermoplastic Pavement Marking Application System
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board of County Commissioners approve the purchase of the Thermoplastic Pavement Marking Application System in the amount of $79,375.30 and authorize the Purchasing Division to issue a Purchase Order to Traffic Supplies and Distribution in the amount of $7,360.00 for the walk behind applicator. Staff also recommends the Board authorize the Purchasing Division to issue a Purchase Order to M-B Companies Inc. in the amount of $72,015.30 for the permanently affixed trailer mounted System components, after final review and approval of any mutually accepted terms and conditions by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency.
