SUBJECT: Petition Verification & Election Fees

BACKGROUND
I am requesting to have the revenue received from initiation petition verification fees rolled back into my FY 2025 - 2026 budget.
I am also requesting to have the revenue received from conducting the February 23, 2026 Town of Orchid Special Election be rolled into my FY 2025 - 2026 budget.
