Waiver of Bid Requirement for FDOT-Certified Traffic Equipment

Recommended Action

Staff recommends the Board waive the requirement for bids for the FLIR cameras, as well as any other products of the FDOT APL, and authorize the Purchasing Division to issue purchase orders, as approved by Budget.
