GrayMatter Change Order 1 for Industrial Control Systems Network Design
Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the Work Order Change Directive with GrayMatter Systems, LLC, in the amount of $20,250.00, for changes, updates, and additional meetings related to the Industrial Control Systems Network Design project, and authorize the Chair to execute the same. So long as there are no changes in the dollar amount under the amount approved, upon adequate completion of the work set forth in the work orders, staff is directed to make final payments to GrayMatter Systems, LLC, after review and approval by the Purchasing Manager and the County Attorney’s Office
