Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the Resolution authorizing the County Administrator or his Designee to execute a Maintenance Memorandum of Agreement with the Florida Department of Transportation for the construction of six bus shelters along State Road 60 and State Road 5/US Highway 1, and authorizing the County Administrator or his Designee to execute future FDOT Transportation Facility MMOAs for GoLine Bus Shelters along State Highways within Indian River County.
