Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval of purchasing 0.50 palustrine emergent wetland credits from the Basin 22 Mitigation Bank in the amount of $125,000.00 for offsetting the proposed wetland impacts to the project area as outlined in the Agreement and requests the Board authorize the Chairman to execute the Agreement on their behalf.
