Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Resolution be approved for the Chairman’s signature delegating authority to seek Agreement time extensions to the Public Works Director or the County Engineer for LAPs, JPAs, TRIPs, CIGPs, SCOPs, EDTFs and LFAs with the FDOT.
