SUBJECT: Tax Collectors Breakroom Work Renovations
__________________________________________________________________

BACKGROUND
Staff requests that the board approve funding for facility improvements within the Tax Collector’s Office to address operational and infrastructure needs. As part of ongoing efforts to maintain functional, safe, and compliant workspaces, the Tax Collector has submitted a request for renovations to the existing breakroom area. The current breakroom is outdated and no longer adequately supports staff needs, with deficiencies related to layout, finishes, and supporting building systems.
The renovation will be scheduled to ensure continuity of operations and minimize disruption to daily office functions. Work will be coordinated with the Tax Collector’s Office to maintain access, safety, and uninterrupted public services throughout the duration of construction.
