Award of Bid 2024012 - Annual Bid for County Parks Athletic Field Maintenance
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board award Bid 2024012 to Florida ULS Operations, LLC, dba Haverland AG Innovations, and authorize the Purchasing Division to issue blanket purchase orders. Staff also recommends the Board authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this agreement, under the same terms and conditions for two additional one-year periods subject to satisfactory performance, vendor acceptance, and determination by the Parks, Recreation and Conservation Department that renewal of this agreement is in the best interest of Indian River County.
