BACKGROUND
The Solid Waste Disposal District (SWDD) staff utilized the Department of Utility Services' labor contract (originally approved on July 7, 2020, and ending on July 6, 2024) to authorize the construction of the Automated Scale Lane Project that was designed and permitted by Kimley-Horn and Associate, Inc.
