Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board approve the final ranking of Contractors, award RFQ 2024035 to Outlaw Maritime, LLC, Summerlins Marine Construction, LLC, Underwater Engineering Services, Inc, and Absolute Boat Towing & Salvage, Inc, approve the sample agreement, and authorize the Chairman to sign the agreements, after review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency, and after receipt and approval of the required insurance by the Risk Manager
