Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners approve Work Order No. 1 to Arcadis U.S., Inc. in the amount of $456,330.10 to provide professional engineering and technical services related to America’s Water Infrastructure Act Risk and Resilience Assessment and Emergency Response Plan Updates and authorize the Chair to execute the same. So long as there are no changes in the dollar amount under the work order and upon adequate completion of the work set forth in the work order, staff is directed to make final payment and release any retainage to Arcadis U.S., Inc., after review and approval by the Purchasing Manager and the County Attorney’s Office
