Staff respectfully requests that the Board of County Commissioners approve the First Amendment to the Lease Agreement between Florida Inland Navigation District and Indian River County for the Recreational Use of Lands within the Dredged Material Management Area IR-14 and authorize the Chairman to execute the First Amendment to the Agreement after review and approval by the County Attorney.
