Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Indian River County Board of County Commissioners approve the Revision to Change Order No.1 to Florida Department of Environmental Protection Agreement WG001 and authorize the Director for the Department of Utility Services or designee to sign the Revision to Change Order No.1, in lieu of the previously approved Change Order No.1, and all necessary documents to effectuate the changes to the grant Agreement WG001.
