Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners abandon its rights to the subject portion of the 24th Street right-of-way, but with retainage of a public drainage and utility easement over the entire area of right-of-way abandonment, and authorize the chairman to execute the abandonment resolution.
