Recommended Action

Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve Change Order #1 to reduce the contract price to $1,632,383.86 and extend the contract time by 63 days; and to authorize final payment including retainage to CK Construction & Development, Inc. in the amount of $81,619.19
