Recommended Action

Staff recommends that its Board approve the Landfill Gas Agreement, including the granting of easements, to the Indian River Eco District, LLC and authorize the Chair to execute the agreement and all other documents necessary to effectuate the agreement, after review and approval by the County Attorney
