Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Solid Waste Disposal District Board consider the following: 1. Ratify the Award Bid 2020027 to KMG Fencing, LLC, of Apopka, Florida, as the lowest, responsible, and responsive bidder for this project ; and, 2. Approve and authorize the Chairman to execute the agreement after receipt and approval of any required bonds and insurance, and after vendor has reactivated its registration with the Building Division, and after final review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency
