Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board award Bid 2024045 to Southeastern Marine Services Group, Inc., approve the agreement, and authorize the Chairman to sign the agreement after receipt and approval of the agreement by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency, after the Contractor has provided proof of registration in the Department of Homeland Security’s E-Verify Database, and after receipt and approval of the required insurance by the Risk Manager.
