Recommended Action

Based on the analysis conducted, staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the update to the 5 Year Capital Improvements Program for the period FY 2016/17 - 2020/21 and supporting data and analysis of the Capital Improvements Element (CIE) of the Comprehensive Plan by adopting the ordinance.
