Recommended Action
Staff recommends that the Board of County Commissioners approve the Agreement with Certus VRO Owner, LLC, and authorize the Purchasing Division to issue a purchase order on October 1, 2018, to Tradewinds Power Corp. for $87,574.00, with 50% of the funding paid for by the Indian River County Department of Utility Services and 50% paid from Certus VRO Owner, LLC ($43,787.00).
