Approval of Grant Agreement Authorization
Recommended Action
Staff recommends the Board approve the agreement and authorize the Chairman to sign it, after review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency. Staff also recommends the Board authorize the Director of Emergency Services to sign any documents necessary with GeoComm to execute the work, after review and approval by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency.
