BACKGROUND
Richard Bialosky, met with senior staff back in September 2025, on the Gifford Historical Museum and Cultural Center. Before formally submitting plans he would like to provide an update to the County Commission on their progress and solicit comments and feedback. The design process has now progressed to the point where the discussion is timely and appropriate.
