Recommended Action
Staff recommends approval of Change Order No. 1 and payment of Contractor’s Application for Payment No. 1826-4 to Tech Systems, Inc. in the amount of $8,962.22 for release of retainage. Once final release of liens from all Tech Systems, Inc. subcontractors have been received, reviewed and approved, final payment will be processed.
