BACKGROUND

On or About March 13, 2025, we received a letter from the Early Learning Coalition (ELC) requesting that the Board of County Commissioners (BCC) appoint an individual to serve on the ELC’s board pursuant to Florida Statutes §1002.83.  In past appointments, the BCC has appointed individuals from various community organizations, such as Treasure Coast Homeless Services and The Learning Alliance.

Anyone interested in serving on the Early Learning Coalition as a Board Member, will need to submit an application and résumé to the Board of County Commissioners.  Application forms can be accessed online at <https://ircgov.granicus.com/boards/forms/231/apply
